My friends and I cant share our screen. 화면공유가 되질 않습니다.

We tested in 2 different channels but didn't work at all.

'연결이 끊겼어요... 잠시만 기다리세요' (Disconnected... Please wait for a while)

 

-can't connect to my friend's screen(or application)

-also can't connect to my sharing screen(or application)

-same at the other channels

-sharing my video(face camera) works well

-I live in South Korea

 

화면공유가 되질 않습니다.

친구들 화면을 볼수도 제 화면을 볼수도 없어요.

동영상(웹캠)은 되는데 애플리케이션(게임)이나 스크린 공유가 전혀 연결되질 않습니다.

해결방안이 있을까요?
