Please Separate "Manage Messages" to "Manage Messages" & "Manage Pins" within the Discord Settings/Permissions

Greetings,

To whom it may concern:

I am a very avid and active Discord user, and I have an important improvement to suggest in regards to Discord's "Manage Messages" sub-option and permission.

Via Discord Server-wide, Channel-wide, or Chat-specific Settings to the "Manage Messages" option:

Manage Messages: "Members with this permission can delete messages by other members or pin any message."

--Please separate these two permissions!--

To demonstrate a solution, for example:
Manage Messages: "Members with this permission can delete messages by other members."
Manage Pins: "Members with this permission can add or delete pins by other members."

This solution will allow Discord Server Admins and Moderators to grant members the permission to add and delete Pinned messages while removing the power and ability for those same users to also delete other's messages.

I greatly hope that you consider this improvement to the Manage Messages permission feature.
