Individually Adjust Stream Quality for Go Live Feature

So I think one thing that would REALLY help a lot of users could be a quality adjuster for people to set a max resolution/frame rate. The reason for this is because I am having a lot of stuttering issues when friends are streaming in the voice channels, for one reason or another. This would also just be a great quality of life feature. Thoughts?

    I'm agree with you. Some devices have trouble broadcasting latency. It would be really nice to have quality selection for Go Live.
