Ping of 5000

Since I can not find a way to submit bug reports anywhere on this website this will have to do.


If I am in a voice chat my ping will randomly jump up to 5000, I will still be able to hear the other people in the call but they can't hear me. 
Then I will get kicked from the chat and reconnected in rapid succession, almost going deaf on the process.
I do nothing to cause this and it is infuriating.
