Bring Back Original Go Live

When Go Live rolled out in the servers I'm in, as long as i was in at least one Nitro-boosted server, I was able to broadcast in any voice channel and anyone in any server could watch without having to sit in that same voice channel. Me and my friends really liked it, but recently after we restarted our clients, it seems to be updated and restricts all of that to people in the one same voice channel in only the boosted servers.
