Foldable message container

With the come of the spoiler feature, it would be truly great to add a foldable message. This feature is found in many online forums, where a click of a mouse folds out a little block containing images or information (text). Clicking again would unfold this again. This way you can simply make several headers with each containing information. Like rules, topics and more.

  Yes! I'd like to have this feature in Discord, so I can send long code without bothering the chat!

  I use <details> and <summary> pretty extensively in github and gitlab markdown. I always feel like it's so difficult to collaborate over discord otherwise, since I can't always pop a nice accessible text file in like I usually can.

  This gist is a good example of what it might look like.
