Set Channel Landing to Top or Bottom

The ability to set how a server channel opens (i.e. at the top or bottom would be very useful.) I’m finding it’s not so obvious to members that they should scroll up when landing on my server’s welcome page or info channel. Consequently, they can miss important information and feel overwhelmed if not briefed on some server layout basics. Allowing server owners to set which channels open at the top vs which open naturally would be a huge plus for many servers that have dedicated channels for rules and information.   This would be super useful. At the moment we have to put really important information at the bottom of the welcome message to make sure that people see it.
