VPN and Proxies

I am a webmaster myself and I have noticed ways to block spammers and trolls by simply applying a VPN & Proxy Blocker. I have noticed that the Discord has a major problem with Internet Trolling Activity and Hacking Activity, and they always use VPN and Tor servers while they disrupt servers and platforms. Now, when I first subscribed to the Nitro, it was mainly for the games. So, I would still remain a subscriber and support the Nitro, if blocking VPN and Tor access was available in the settings. Do, you think it would be possible to make that available for all users? I believe it would cut down on a lot of violations, if you made that option available.
