Enable keybinds for different games

Being able to set push to mute to different keys (as well as other bindings) for different games would be nice. I use open mic and have different binds for Push to Talk in different games. We should be able to bind for different games in case there are conflicting binds. There should still be the ability to set universal keybinds.
