There is no longer option to buy nitro gift on mobile version.
Since the last update on a mobile app I can't buy gift nitro for a friend. There is no longer option for it. I contacted support team and after 1,5 hours of discussing, he told me that its probably Discord problem.

Says you have to buy Nitro and Nitro Boosts from desktop app, which is really dumb because some of us don't own or have access to computers, DISCORD.

Yeah, I don't have wifi at my house at the moment so I only have data on my phone. But since it's not on mobile anymore I can't gift my friend anything. Discord is tripping rn

I want to gift nitro as well but its not showing me a option to do it.

I was able to do it a month ago using the website on mobile but now I can't find where I did it lmao, their site is so difficult to navigate and all you can find is FAQs on how to do stuff on pc, but no options to do it here. I've searched for an hour and can't figure out for the life of me where I bought it last time lmao. These guys need to uncomplicate their stuff.

You can gift if you go to your web browser and go to discord.gg, then use the desktop version of the page, but i want to buy it with my apple wallet and it wont let me, it keeps saying error

I have the same issue as Sapphire as of today February 16, 2021

I’m also having the same issue as Sapphire, I’m able to but stuff with my card it’s just saying error, try again on discord.
