Feature request: Add an option to hide someone's message

I think it would be useful for situations where you see someone say something offensive but no staff member is there to delete it so you could just hide the message from your point of view, it would also be useful if you for eg. have epilepsy and someone posts a GIF that is epileptic, other people wouldn't think much of it but someone with epilepsy would like it gone as soon as possible.
