Fix for Images Too Big

I would guess that during my few years of using Discord to send images, perhaps a handful of times I needed to send the original image size. Most other times, a scaled version would suffice. Would there not be an affordable and compatible image compress API you could add to the image upload to substantially reduce the file size of images? Would this in turn not also alleviate having to store all those files? 

Unless of course, you do something extra with those. Feed a big-data source on the side for AI training or something.

    Yeah, we need something like image/screenshot compressor for those of us, who don’t have Nitro subscription, it will really help to not use scissors (too often).
