Feature Request: Block Voices, Videos, and Streams

Hi, I'm currently being harassed on a server I help run for my college, but am legally not allowed to kick the particular user from. I have clarified with the administration that I would be allowed to block this user from interacting with me through Discord's block function, however I've been told that Discord's blocking feature doesn't prevent the blocked user from seeing or hearing my voice, video, or streamed content in streams. I would greatly appreciate it if you could amend that. Similarly, I'd prefer to not see or hear that user's content. Thank you for your time. Please consider this.
