Feature: Push to Talk AND Voice Activation

I raid in WoW. Our Raid Channels require PTT. Every other channel is open mic. Why  the fuck do I have to go into the settings and manually change even though I have a keybind for PTT. Why can't it just...work. I prefer open mic, so in channels where Open Mic is permitted, I can just talk. In channels where PTT is needed, I can use my PTT keybind. I don't see why it's so hard, Roger Wilco had this function 20 years ago.
