Global PTT for Browser (Chrome)

In the UAE there is a TRA block on VoIP through apps but discords browser version works fine only thing missing is unfocused PTT and noise cancellation. I request the devs to try to alter the push to talk on the browser to work even if it is not in focus (A global PTT for the system. There is existing code for this in open source which I have added my entire System but is not linked to discord.) This would allow the *whole region* to access and use Discord as per usual.

    I didn't know about such code. I vouch for this request as well. I know the main purpose behind a desktop client is to implement such features in an easier and more feasible manner, but we would really appreciate this being added to discord web!
