Disable and deleted

So, I have recently gotten my account deleted out of the blue. I have no idea how it happened, but I notified my friend that I had to make a new account. I don't think I broke any rules. But I know that I spam the credit card number in and got Disabled But I do know it's gone. Has this ever happened before?
