Kicked out of discord when I try to play a game on my iOS iPad.

I usually hangout with friends on discord, also forgetting that discord randomly kicks me out whenever I go on another app. Happens on Youtube, Among Us, etc. It never works. I don't know if discord forgot about this, or my iPad is too old and buggy. I really need to know why this happens, it happens too much. It works with a few apps, but not others.

    Same with me, i am playing among us i have to open the discord app every once in a while and then it kicks me from the game. i only have this issue with among us so if anyone can tell me a way i can play among us and be able to switch tabs and mute?
