Please add a "muffle" feature for noisy channels that we don't want to mute, but want to reduce notification frequency.

A lot of times, I find myself not wanting to mute a channel altogether, but I also don't wish to constantly get notifications of activity on that channel. While a workaround is to put a timed-mute on the channel, this must constantly be repeated.

What I propose is a "muffle" feature. There would be a personal setting for what your muffle threshold would be (1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, etc) and then, when a channel is muffled, it suppresses activity notifications except for in intervals of whatever your threshold is. So if you had it set to two hours, you would only get notifications (if they existed) for your muffled channels every two hours.
