Replies: Make autoping "no" by default.

Being pinged is really annoying, and replies having it on by default and not remembering your setting is triply terrible. In my opinion, replies shouldn't have built-in pinging at all, but if nothing else make the default "no". And, for the love of god, I know I'm shouting into the void here but, please also make a user setting that stops you from being pinged by the replies autoping even if they have it on. I want to prevent even accidents. If someone wants my attention, they should @ me or DM me.

    the option to ping when replying is fine. but it should be off by default for everyone.

    The common case for use of replies is quoting people to indicate you're responding to them in a conversation, as opposed to other comments, or, in busy chats, other conversations. That doesn't need pinging at all.
