Spoiler button

Rather than writing 4 pipes to spoiler a message, just implement a button that when enabled it automatically spoilers the message, until disabled.

Simple QoL improvement, especially when having long conversations about a spoilering subject in a public chat, it is annoying to write || || every single time.
