Paid for 1 monthy nitro boost but didn't recieve it

DIscord please tell me why I didn't get my nitro boost when I legit paid for the nitro boost 1 month, please fix the issues if there is any or if there is a glitch please fix it, I don't wanna pay for my nitro boost (1 month) again when I have already paid it.

    My friend bought nitro through her iphone but didnt get it, they took the money but she can not refund it now
