DM whitelisting and a few other DM overhauls
Whitelist DMs so you don't need to friend someone to DM everytime, and make an option that allows you to choose whether to ignore or whitelist when someone sends you a message.
Finally, allow adding bots to Group chats and allow the call function for bots so you can (for example) use music bots in DMs without opening another server to use the bot.

The structure of discord is literally via servers, i also have never heard of anyone needing to use discord bots in DMs. Very odd.
Just set up a server for you and your friends to use, its free afterall.
