Mouse on screen share

Is there a way to hide the cursor on screen share?  When I alt-tab to another screen to do something, everyone sees my mouse moving around on the screen share.  If there isn't then that would be a nice feature to have.  it is distracting for those on the screen share.

    I feel there should be an option to enable/disable the cursor/pointer for screen share. My friend and I'm easily annoyed with mouse cursor most of time. I know some others want cursor enabled so an option to enable/disable cursor would be greatly appreciated.
