Bot that allows for data verification

Hi, all! First time user in here. I was recently brought on by a company to develop their entire community strategy from the ground up, with much of what I’m doing being on Discord. We have an interest in creating special Discord channels only available to certain users, based upon whether or not they are a paying customer of our web product. Ie: we’d want to have a way for specific users to be able to join a private channel as soon as they join the Discord, but also not allow non-paying users to be able to. What we were thinking is there might be a way for users to put their emails into a Bot of some kind, then the bot cross-references it with of paying users. If they find the email is in fact a paying customer, the bot would automatically move the user to the private channel. Does this make sense and does a solution like this exist?
