Se você desconectar desligar e ligar varias vezes seguidas no discord e sair da sala a conexão cai, as vezes nem precisa sair ela ja cair sozinha e você demora 5 min para conseguir voltar 

pode fazer o teste.

    This is a common problem with reacting multiple requests in one second.
    At one point, React fails, and starts to freeze.
    All I can advise
    1) Don't do that :)
    2) If this happened, press CTRL / CMD + R
