A ping feature to help owners and mods
A feature where the owner or mods can turn off someone’s ability to ping everyone and individual roles. For example, if a person decides to ping all mods or everyone for no reason, instead of kicking or banning that person, the mods can turn off their ability to ping them. I think this process can be a much easier, better, and faster way of dealing with people that ping owners or mods or everyone for no reason or for stupid reasons

You can make it so only mods can ping everyone already using existing permissions
You can make it so people can't @ a role unless they have a permission that overrides that
Generally mods should be a role that everyone can @, if you have an individual that's causing problems that way a ban is appropriate.
