Allow users to create role colors for separate themes

Choosing role colors is especially hard, so why not let server administrators select separate role colors for the light theme, and dark theme? e.g in the Roles settings, have a color picker for light mode, and another for dark mode, obviously defaulting both to the main role color. This isn't a breaking change really, either. This would really enhance the experience, in my opinion. If you have any more ideas, please send a comment.

    If you set a color on dark theme, it should set the light theme variant to the value-inverted version (white becomes black, light blue becomes dark blue) unless explicitly assigned. Also, role colors shouldn't be allowed to be too close to the background color, like Windows.
