Privacy update? Blocking people?

We all know we can disable members from DMing us. But how make it more advance? 

Add these options!

1. Allow direct messages from Server Bots (Bot Accounts)?
2. Allow direct messages with these/this role(s)?
3. Allow direct messages from blacklist users?

Blocking users?
Block people from the whole thing kinda outrages? Make sub groups!

1. Blacklist users (Not allow to send direct messages to you)
2. Hide users (Not allow to see messages in Discord Server
3. Block (Does 1 & 2)
