Add ability to rearrange sticker packs

It'd be convenient to be able to rearrange sticker packs so you can choose which one appears at the top. I picked up a sticker pack that was made available for free and it pushed a sticker pack that I purchased and use quite frequently underneath it. Perhaps being able to pin one or more sticker packs to the top of the list?
