Can't re-activate Nitro on PC?

Hello! 

I purchased Nitro back in I think September and had a gift card I was using through Google Play to pay for it. The gift card ran out in November so the last payment for Dec. 12, 2020 didn't go through. Since the holidays didn't have me using it so much, I didn't update the payment to my normal card until now however it won't let me reactivate??

I've updated payment and even cleared the old cards that were on my payment history but the options for re-activating haven't changed. Nitro isn't available through the play store, just the app, so I'm a bit lost on how to re-activate?

The buttons for "Manage Subscription" and "Manage Boosts" don't do anything on the subscription page (on Discord desktop). The "Update your payment info for Google" and "Change payment method" just opens a new browser tab of my payment methods, that I've already updated.

Is there a way to reset it to clear the information to activate as a new subscription?
