In my opinion, 10 people in the group chat is way too small. Something around 15 people would sound more reasonable to me.

  The idea of a group chat is often for a small group of people to socialize or have a meeting of some sort, if you aim to have more people in a group chat i reccomend just making a private server for those people to enter.
