Nitro boosting

As I was trying to cancel my two boost in order to go from two classic boost to a single nitro boost, it wouldn't let me purchase a new boost since those were both cancelled. When I went to uncancel them, it wouldn't let me and showed a error every 15+ times. It would also show that they weren't cancelled and allowed me to cancel them again, but did nothing when I did so. With that being like that, it also showed the uncancel option too. I can't put my boost onto the server I was boosting now since of a cooldown that idek how I got. Is there anyway to get assistance in order to get it fully cancelled and allow me to buy a new boost, or take away the cooldown?
