Hover to enlarge emotes

Emotes on discord are pretty small. Some emotes can't show what's actually going on and you don't understand what the emote represents. If we could hover over an emote to enlarge it (like frankerfacez on twitch) that would make emotes better and you can see what the emote is or what it's representing.
