User Icons for YouTube Supporters and Twitch Subs in the server member list (and chat?)

Just like the nitro boosters, I'd like to see an icon for those users who support a YouTube channel and are subbed via Twitch if possible.

Additionally: It would be amazing if users had their month badge from those sites or one that's able to be set in the setting.
