"Disable App Animations" Button (Only Mobile)

Some Android applications have options to improve their performance, such as the "Disable Animations" option. It would be especially useful for those who have an old phone and cannot use the app very well on certain times.

  Looking for related or similar requests, this is what I've found so far (Nov 4, 2020). Some are not specific to any single animated thing, but all deal with giving users better control/consistency regarding animated aspects.  It seems strange I'm not able to find any response from the devs...
