Everthing animated at all times
I'd like to suggest the addition of an option to make everything animated at once without having to have your mouse hovering over it. This would include animated profile pictures, emotes, gifs and server icons. I know that could potentially cause some issues for low-end devices cause some problems, hence why this would be an option in the Appearance tab on the settings page. This is so that people with low-end devices can use the current system and people who have a high-end device could enjoy discord being a little bit prettier :)

I think that would be a great addition for those who have beefier PC's as they'd be able to enjoy a prettier version of Discord while people who can't run it would still be fine as it would be an option rather than something that's active at all times, upvoted!

as a person who loves animated things, id absolutely love it if i could set it so everything animates on its own automatically
and my computer and phone can both definitely handle it if it were a thing

Looking for related or similar requests, this is what I've found so far (Nov 4, 2020). Some are not specific to any single animated thing, but all deal with giving users better control/consistency regarding animated aspects. It seems strange I'm not able to find any response from the devs...
