Server-specific DM Privacy

Example: I want people from server W and X to be able to DM me, but not people from server Y or Z.

As far as UI goes, add a popup menu in place of "Allow direct messages from server members" with a slider for each server you're in, and maybe a button for "allow all" or "allow none" so you can easily just cherry pick them from there.

    @Celeron, if this is true, this implementation is very jank and obtuse. It could definitely be a bit more explicit and organized.

    You can already do this, go to User Settings > Privacy & Safety, turn off Allow direct messages from server members, and then click yes. It's now off for all servers, you can reenable DMs through the server privacy settings. Same way for turning them on for everywhere.
