Easier access to find AMOLED Optimal Mode

The AMOLED Optimal Mode is very hard to find and most people would not even try to find it since they don't know it exists. Maybe for the alpha/canary/test flight builds something in the changing could show how to access it. I say the experimental builds as AMOLED is experimental.

    Its intended to be a testing feature. So people who want to actively testing it know where to find it. Im pretty sure it will be fully visible if the feature is on stable.
