elevated api errors

My screen stuck at a same screen loading is elevated api errors, and i can't use it, how to solve the problem?And it said that it is currently working to resolve database connection issues across the product.New connevtions to discord are throttlew while we address the issue.Please help me to solve this problem, i want to use Discord as soon as i can, thank you !

    I know from forums.some of NSFW sender bots IP's are similar with Api bots.So it affected some bots works in discord.

    API bot's IP:192.169.6.44 (example)

    they made a mistake about ban or they didnt entered the IP fully so it multiple banned
