Goofy idea: Negative mentions

I had an idea since i have a friend in our group who hates seeing a certain persons youtube links posted on the chat but it's infrequent enough to waste space with yet another DOA chatroom. So i was thinking, hey, negative mention that autohides the post to the negative mention person but he can view it by clicking and showing the auto-hidden post.

For example let's pretend that there's a wasplover and you found a share-worthy video about killing and removing waspnests. So you could negative-mention the wasplover like "-@WaspLover <URL>"

And that would just show the video to others as default but to the WaspLover it would be automatically hidden with an click-to-view option.

Honestly I've been playing with that idea too, but more broadly, think contextual mentions, if you ping @!rolename it'd ping everyone but people with that role, or if you'd do @role1&role2, it'd ping only people with both those roles. This would be very useful if, as an example, you have an overwatch tournament for your server, so you only want to ping people with both the overwatch role AND the tournament role .
