Separate permission for Text-only messages

Hello! As topic is announcing, I would like to make the suggestion to add an extra permission to text channels regarding text-only messages. When I tried to set-up an image-only channel (eg artworks, achievements&so on) i put the "file attachment" to yes. Unfortunately you can only restrict file attachment in a channel but you can't restrict text-only messages to make an image-only textchannel (i tried restricting messages but it will refuse to let you post stuff either) Can you please do something about it?     There are already some bots for that which make it a image only channel as a temp solution although that would be awesome.
