Don't count moderators in VC user count.

If a channel has 3 slots and I as a moderator join and bring it to 4/3 and then someone leaves, it goes to 3/3 and no one else can join. 3 users should still be able to join and chat in my opinion. I suggest that moderators who are able to bypass the user limit not count towards the user count in VC channels.

    You can move yourself in a full vc, well you can if you are an owner and bots do it alot.

    I was aware that as a mod I can join a full VC. I was just thinking that I as a mod shouldn't count towards the user limit of the VC. If it's a 3 person VC, 3 regular users should still be able to join.

    I guess it might be unnecessary since users can always ask to be dragged into a channel.
