Correct Rotation for Portrait mode Discord Streams.

(On Windows) Streaming when your display is set to portrait mode rotation it displays the stream sideways. Please add in a rotation check for this. Additional checking for when using portrait or landscape in flipped mode would be appreciated.

  Just to confirm here, when streaming with the monitor set to Landscape (Rotated), the stream appears to be upside down.

  When the monitor is set to Landscape, stream appears normally. When Landscape (Rotated), stream is upside-down. But when set to vertical, stream rotates 90 degrees (although now that I look at it more carefully, the mouse movements are still the same - when I move the mouse up, the stream shows it going up, not sideways. Then again, that's probably caused by the way Discord streams).
