Some Videos Have Ridiculous Audio

Despite the changes to save the audio preferences on videos, people have still found ways to make videos so incredibly loud that it's just deafening. I mean, to the loudness level that the discord volume being set to minimum, system sound is set to 1/100 and headset turned down is barely enough to make it not deafening. Fix it, make sound from embedded videos all the same so that there isn't one video that's quiet and others that blow your ear drums.
