Starting discord now opens last viewed page, please change to homepage.

Whenever I load into discord now it opens up the last chat page that I was on. Whether it is a personal 1 on 1 page or someone's discord group. It used to be that it would open to your homepage so you could see what friends you have online. Why was this changed? And please change it back?
