Nitro suggestion
I would like to bring some new things to you :
* Nitro Quests (Random generated questions, at a certain amount of correct answers you get nitro -monthly-)
* Nitro Coins (If you gather a certain amount of coins you can buy it in Nitro shop)
* Nitro Shop (Place where you can buy Nitro things and some other things)
* HypeSquad Server (A place for all of the HypeSquad members)
* Custom Badge (Badge for all who are using discord 2,3 or more years)
* Customer Servis Badge (For all of the Customer Servis members

Customer service members would be Discord staff? Which already have a badge.
Hypesquad house server already exist
Nitro is meant as a way to help support Discord with a small monthly donation, which in return gives small perks as a thank-you. - Nitro should not feel obligatory, as they said themselves. Giving it out for free would kill the whole idea of it.3
