Ability to remove spam block between friends

So most of my friends and I get lots of pings on discord; from people using bots, angry discussions in general chats, etc. since we are usually playing a game in fullscreen, the actual Notification wont show up and we end up ignoring discord pings. when we want to alert someone, we spam dm them, of course not to someone if they don't like that. I would like the ability to disable the spam block for someone, so that i can actually get their attention.

  We should have a thing where we can see if someone read our message or not
