New Reaction Menu is Bad

There's no way to disable the pop-up reaction menu without disabling reactions entirely. I don't want that. I want to be able to react to stuff without having, say, potentially NSFW reactions pop-up at all times.

  Option to select what elements show when you mouse over a message, please. Or just go back to how it was before. Why did anyone think this was a good new feature?

  I'm also not a fan of the pop-up menu. It's just distracting and gets in the way.
