Bring back auto-scrolling if window is not in focus

With the most recent update, after enough new messages Discord will stop scrolling any more on-screen unless the window is in focus.

This is very un-intuitive/annoying when you are working on something on a 2nd monitor and have Discord open in another, having to go back and constantly switch to the Discord window to check new messages.

Edit: Also worth pointing out you can't scroll down without focusing on the window as well.
