No one asked for this UI

Why fix something that isn't broken? Every change made I find highly irritating. I don't understand the mentality of developers of programs like this when they make these changes, that no one asked for, and go backwards in user-friendliness because of it.

My biggest gripes are the reaction bar above messages when you hover over them, that is just the opposite of helpful. Every time I try to click into Discord from another program, I end up using a heart reaction to a post about someone's breakfast by accident, it's infuriating as a leader of a community.

Also, the fact that you removed the separator between different people's messages. Why? Now it's just harder to distinguish when you have many, many people talking at once. You've made everything harder to look at. Don't even get me started on the red "new posts" line. Not only is it abrasive to look at, but it doesn't go away until I leave the chat and come back. It should disappear as soon as I've read it.

These changes are horrible, pls nerf.
